Background verification
A licensed agency runs a police background check before a Buddy takes a single journey. Any adverse finding is a permanent disqualification.
Phone verification
Buddy numbers are OTP-verified and kept live on file, so you and our support team can always reach the person who is with your parents.
Ratings and reviews
Only families who completed a journey can review. A Buddy who falls below 4.7 is paused and retrained before taking further journeys.
Journey tracking
You follow the journey step by step — Buddy assigned, terminal reached, parents met, luggage collected, cab boarded, safely home.
Family notifications
